@Raziel Quote: rxsocket.library (which you should anyways, it rules) Yup. There's also an shoutcast player which is implemented with its help (pipes the stream to mpega). search for streammp3 on aminet (and a gui version via awnpipe: -), after doing it on Amiga I did a quick annd dirty one on linux using regina-rexx, rexxtk and mplayer ) (A)REXX rulez Jack.

It's not a bug but feature: s there a way to increase the timeout time of the edited post? I confront the message saying that edit took too much time too much quite often.
TIA, Jack

hmmmm, a browser on an amiga that can surf windows coded website, yes that would be great, but will it happen 100%, not sure if it can be done anytime soon.
even my ppc mac has some troubles with some sites, because they want you to run windows/microsoft stuff....now that is a real pain in the bum!!!!!!

Well I'm pinning all my Browser hopes on Paihia.
I sincerely hope Smithy hasn't lost heart. Xmas will soon be here and iirc Smithy reckoned it wouldnt be too long afterwards.
You wont get much more Os4 native than Paihia for a while.

On the contrary, are they actually coding much on it right now?
I mean, the new memory system is finished - is there much else to code?

Crikey chaps have you noticed how 3CAG members have 3 of the top 4 posting positions. lol I think it would be funny if you changed it to weekly stats like a record singles chart. This weeks top poster is, this weeks highest post climber is etc etc smashing pop pickers

Now that sounds really useful. It is so easy to lose shells behind other windows when you have several open.

I know that what i am going to say could be considered wrong but i think that to have a good modern browser, we should ask to someone with a lot of experience such as someone of the DevTeam of Amiga OS 4.0.. A good modern browser is IMHO a good startpoint for the amiga to comeback.. So i think that the Friedens and all the DevTeam of the AMIGA OS should consider this.. I really appreciate what all the programmers around the world are doing to update Aweb or to porting Mozilla on the amiga, but someone with experience and that could work hard during the day is needed to have that piece of software.. That' s my wish
