I knew I had to do this little case mod the second I laid my eyes on the A-Eon white X1000 case

I did it by hand using ALOT of green painters tape, Krylon paint made for plastic and a combination of a very fine brush which I used to carefully cut all the raised edges of the recessed squares and spraypaint for the interior square sections. Three coats later and alot of espresso and the job was done to my satisfaction.

I think if Amigakit gets enough demand for this front case mod that they might hopefully offer it as an upgrade item on their site

Nice Mod, but I think I like the way the boing looks on my white system being a little suttle and only make it out by the shadows, so glad they did engrave the boing ball it does look stunning.

As I've said elsewhere, your painted case looks stunning!

Just did something similar to my white X1000. Used acrylic plastic instead of paint as my hands would have made a huge mess with paint!
