I like the color balance of the entire image (icons and backdrop). A lot of the icons seem to have a sort of soft focus thing going on (I'm viewing on a 1600x1200 screen, so I can view the whole image at once, full scale). The AmiDock implementation seems to draw on ideas from both OSX and Windows to build to a greater whole. The interface reminds me A LOT of Aqua from OSX (I don't know if the end user has a choice in that or not, but if those window corners were rounded, there might be a problem with Apple). All in all, an effort with much beauty.
