@Locaty I already contacted with them right after game was out for morphos, and they say "we want to make an aos4 version, but a bit later". I ask for sources, and they say "thanks for help, but we will make an aos4 version later".
For me it mean never, or in far, far, far future. Game through are SDL+Ogl => very easy to port. If someone can annoy them more than i am, and get the sources, that will be pretty cool.
Maybe MDW say that becouse game needs some fixes at this time. I will ask him about possibility to give (or not) to you source code. When I get an answer I will let know about it...
Imho for making it works on aos4, there is no need any real changes, just some changes for linking, and maybe in includes a little, but in others, its will be just recompiling of morphos version. I can do it for five minuts if i will have sources. If i remember right, they say something that they want it sale the same as morphos version, maybe because of it they not want to give the sources. I of course will port it for free for they, and they just will sale it as other versions with no problems.
From my information, I know Fortis can be recompiled in quite easy way. About selling this game, I'm sure on 99% OS4 version will be avalible on this same rules like MOS version. Bellow I put information about registration Fortis for MOS from Encore-Games Website.

Trying to port Stalin 2 days, it have some problems in code itself. Afxgroup have the same problems back in the past when trying to port it. Dunno if better to skip it for now, or trying to contact with authors and fix it.

Samo79 will not be happy...
To Be A True Adventurer, You Ought To Play Real Text Adventures
MDW yesterday answered to my message. I have few things more to discuss with him but it looks like everything it's on good way. :) At a time when I get all the important information I will send you a PM with instructions... ;)
Yeah, i am ready for it :) From the video game looks very nice.
@samo79 SoulFu have that error about which i post earler, and still no-one help with it. I will try to compile it for morphos, just to see, if it works without changes. And if it will works, then problems in our gcc/ld/etc.
I also already notice, that we for sure have problems with our gcc/ld (imho), or in some main libs/kmods, because that game called GL-117 always crashes in the level starting, but, wawa compile it for aos3.x , and it works for him. That mean that code of game are fine, and problems in our os/compiler tools.
Realted to crap-game, i already delete it. For sure on os4depot there is many crap games, but i hope there will be none more :)
On the wiki link I posted the other day of open-source games I came across PlaneShift so installed it on my mac here.
Its a MMORPG, the graphics on full detail are quite impressive and shaders can be turned on or off (interestingly they are off by default). When you have time kas1e can you take a look have a see if it can be ported?
If i remember right, etherland use shaders. I can't be sure 100%, but as far as i remember, deadwood start to works on mesa for aros because of that game (i.e. other implementation was not solution, only full mesa). What make me think that is shaders based.
But, you can check it yourself on site use it shaders or not, and if not, we can try to port it as well.
