Ever get tired of using the workbench windows menues, "Clean up by", then "resize to fit", then "Snapshot" just to arrange your drawers and windows?
Clean Drawers is an AREXX script that makes this task easy with one press of a key. You can configure variables in the script to your desired settings or set it to display a requester to pick your settings real-time.

Alinea Computer is very pleased to be able to offer the version for AmigaOS 3 (68k) as a digital download in addition to the Quake 2 version for AmigaOS 4. Steffen Häuser is responsible for the porting and has implemented numerous features that have not yet been available for any Quake 2 port for 68k.

These comprise of the full colour preview and excerpts of our Amiga Future issue 168 (May/June 2024) which can also be viewed online on the Amiga Future website.

Quake 2 as digital version for AmigaOS 4

Alinea Computer is pleased to announce that it has taken over the distribution of Quake 2 for AmigaOS 4. The first Amiga version of Quake 2 was released in 2002 by Hyperion Entertainment and has been continued and greatly improved in this tradition.
Steffen Häuser is responsible for the port and has implemented numerous improvements. In addition to support for the various mission CDs and MODS, GL4ES/Warp3DNova support and playback of the soundtracks as OGG Vorbis have also been realised.

20 years ago, on April 14th 2004, Airsoft Softwair, the hardest working men in code business, released the very first version of Hollywood Designer, the ultimate multimedia authoring system for Hollywood. Seeing as our printed edition of Amiga Future has now been published for over 25 years, we are at a point when we need to massively increase our editorial team for the magazine and also the home pages for our website.
The idea behind this is to relieve the workload on more of our entire team, to better distribute the load amongst all our editorial staff, and in so doing reduce the stress and workload on everyone involved, while at the same time further increasing the magazine's overall quality.

VD aktuell is back - as a german retro gaming magazine with 64 full-color pages!

We have developed our (German) magazine further and turned the program guide into a real retro illustrated magazine, with a travel guide, psycho test, puzzles and everything else that goes with it - simply lots of fun, easily digestible snacks that bring fun into the retro life!
