| XSane working with my Canon scanner and AmiCygnix

| Today I got an inexpensive ($49 USB) Canon LiDE 110 USB flatbed scanner, and I am happy to report it works perfectly with the latest XSane release for AmiCygnix on my AmigaONE X1000. The image shows the XSane interface on a 1920x1200 custom screen using double buffering for a speed boost when it comes to shoving windows around. The scanner and software are speedy enough on my X1000 to keep me happy. |

| Here is ArtEffect 4 running under AmigaOS 4. 1 update 6 on my AmigaONE X1000. I purchased AE4 back in 2010 when I first got a Sam440, but only recently have I started using it. |

| For the fun of it I tried Timberwolf on my A1200PPC. It needs 3m 56sec to start and show the window (first start), 1m 3sec until it finish the load of the first two tabs and 2m 21sec to load amigans. net. |

| another graphics program i use occasionally, especially when needing to do any odd effects, is fxPAINT v2. 0. it has portions accelerated for PPC hardware, so it is fairly nippy on my little SAM. |

| during my amiga demos at work and elsewhere, i tend to demonstrate the terrific classic graphics programs available for amiga NG systems. my personal favorite is probably arteffect. here is a screenshot of it running on my SAM440ep-flex with a few windows open to give a flavor of the GUI. |
