Scooby Doo - Pirates Ahoy!

 Got this DVD for my daughter at Christmas, its one of the new films by Warner Bros. I loved Scooby Doo as a Kid and just to let you know that if you are a scooby doo fan, this one hits the funny bone. It has a few nods to 'pirates of the carribean' and overall, its good, clean family fun without that awful, Scrappy Doo. (thank god they killed him off) Recommended. EDIT: I posted this because the creator of Scooby Doo, Iwao Takamoto, died today. Story Here

@Jack
Sorry, I can't find the table I drew up some years ago. I can't even remember where I got the info from, but I do remember changing the switches and reading the CPU speed from U-Boot output.
If I find it in the near future, I'll send it to you. It's not the sort of thing to post in public, because some people might try it just for fun and break something.

@Mikey_C It already supports fullscreen. Just go into options and enable it. [edit] Some interesting "debug" output: Datadir: data/supertux Warning: Could not open joystick -1. The Simple DirectMedia error that occured was: There are 5 joysticks available AFAIK I have only 1 joystick connected. Maybe a problem with the SDL it uses.

My daughter loves SuperTux, can't get her away from it! Any chance of implementing full screen instead of window?

I have just tried this out on my A1200, and the box updates in real time, as you change the parameters. I have just tried again on my A1 with 'Blitzen' running but that made no difference, either.

I added DEBUG to my interface tonight. With DEBUG turned on the network connection works perfect with 0% packet loss. As soon as I remove DEBUG I get 30-40% packet loss and some hard lockups. I'm not getting as many tonight but I do get the packet loss every time.
I am seeing the duplicate DNS servers both when the interface is working and when it is having problems.
My sniffer isn't working. I think the ethernet ports on my router are switched so I'm not seeing most of the traffic. I'll try to borrow an old hub tomorrow.
Here is the debug output but like I said, it works with debug on:

There is also a colour box which doesn't change, if you select OK, the colour displayed in the colour list changes and if you re-select edit the colour box displays the new amended colour. I am not sure if the colour box was updated in real time on the A1200, but certainly it is only updated on OS4Final once you have accepted your changes. Unfortunatley, the solid colour box should be updated in real time as you change the options in that window, and even putting DrawStudio on the Blacklist doesn't improve it. So it's not a JIT emulator problem.

depends on the project. i always try to build a newlib build first, if that fails, i try a clib2 build. answer, both are prefered, so install both.

@PEB
If you have a chooce use newlib as its faster and smaller exe's.. but clib2 have more functions so thats why more linux ports use clib2

Evil Rich has updated SDL! The latest SDL (v1.2.11) can be found at this url: http://www.rcdrummond.net/sdl/index.htmla small error (if you don't intend to use crosscompilers) change the paths in the libSDL.la files to /SDK/Local/newlib/lib and /SDK/Local/clib2/lib Thank you very very much for this one Rich! I am putting it through some tests right now! :D There's also path errors in: /SDK/Local/Newlib/bin/sdl-config /SDK/Local/Clib2/bin/sdl-config change: prefix=/usr/local/amiga/ppc-amigaos/SDK/local/clib2 prefix=/usr/local/amiga/ppc-amigaos/SDK/local/newlib to: prefix=/SDK/local/clib2 prefix=/SDK/local/newlib that should fix it.

I still don't think this is a h/w problem but I do think certain h/w configurations cause it to show up more often than others. The whole duplicate DNS entry thing is a very good clue I think...

@Mikey_C I wonder if Troika will keep the name 'Amy' in the end. I imagine they'll drop the 05 bit for obvious reasons. I'd prefer "Amy 5000" myself.

@mr_homm Quote: shownetstatus reported the correct local host address (I had configured my router to assign always 192.168.0.5 to my microA1 on the LAN side of the firewall) and correct default gateway. However, it showed DUPLICATE DNS server entries. I did not statically configure any DNS servers, but let DHCP set them up, and shownetstatus gave me a list of 6 DNS servers, with the last 3 being duplicates of the first 3. The server addresses themselves were correct.
I had the same issue with pre3 on A1X\EG4. Reported it to Friedens then and went static. The other side of the cable was a switch. Jack
