Not to worry, the avatar is a left over from when I used to play SPACE webgame. My "Alliance" in the game was called Rising Phoenix or "Phoenix Rising" and because of the phoenix reference thought it was also appropiate for an Amiga site Avatar. So, no I am not scary, unless you wanto to face my l33t sk1llz in Space :)

THAT WAY in one view, a person can see all progress, how it advanced. I like that idea too. Kind of like hosting developer blogs. They can always post other related threads for open discusion, but they can keep their own news and progess page up-to-date as they please. They'd have to keep it tidy though. Plaz

I guess I get to kick this one off. Some of the games I enjoy on OS4 are SameGame, Soliton, Lopan (when I really want to slow my system down), PrBoom, Quake2, and Shanghai (in E-UAE). Would like to try a few more, but time is at a premium.

I'd like two things that aw.net has..
On the front page, I'd like the individual numbered pages for threads.. So on the front page you could have: Re: What features would you like on Amigans? 1, 2, 3, 4
.. and then be able to click on 3 to visit page 3 of the thread straight away.
Secondly, I'd like ALL page numbers displayed when you're inside the thread. Currently it shows the first 3 numbers, then "...", then the last page number. I often want to start reading the thread at the 2nd or 3rd to last page, and I cant do that. I have to click on the last page, and then go back..
I hope these two suggestions are possible. Thats what helped make aw.net the best setup amiga forums on the net I reckon.

Ironically, I finally tracked down the vague references to a new site by reading it on Moo Bunny, after doing a google search for "MikeyC" and "website."
It mmight be the first time I've ever found something really useful on the bunny.

I haven't read this entirely because im in a hurry, so maybe someone has already submitted these:
More posts for one page. (keeping pages low as possible, and it's more easy to compare what others have said)
recent topics would be VERY helpful (you don't have to start browsing forums and find something lately discussed)
ugh, gotta run...............

Don't despair. If you think "quiet"* is bad, you are WRONG. It means people are DOING stuff with their computers (programming, beta-testing, creating, etc.), or other things as opposed to what we used to be perpetually drawn into for nothing. Think of all that typing they made us waste our time on. They should pay us for it. Anyhow: AOS4.x will be triumphant!!!!!! I don't know the HW platform that will take it there, but whatever it is, I expect it on ALL computing devices!!! "Games" section into the forums would be nice - a place where we can talk about the games we play on Amigas/UAE.

hi there.
some of the button graphics look "strange". (and other stuff)
1. look at the "reply" and the "report" buttons below this message. the reply button has a nice shadow below it. the reply button shadow looks (very) slightly different. also the colors look a little bit different. i have the impression, that the color depth differs. "reply" looks better.
2. the bigger buttons (reply, new topic, online, offline, ...) have a strange red bar below them. they also have a real shadow. but what is that "red bar" supposed to be? i don't like the look of them.
3. the "_MD_UP" button (yes - that is the tooltip of it), the one to go up the thread below this message, does visually not fit to the other buttons at all if you ask me. it has a white background and a black border. no other button has this. the other "green buttons" look better.
4. next to each name in a thread is written [image] - what does this mean? i'd like to see the name in a little more bigger font - or different. browsing a thread it is sometimes hard to see who wrote a comment. other sites (well, guess which one) show this a little bit clearer.
thanks and byebye...

workbench problem well, a workbench drawer window does not behave correct when scrolling. try this: - open ramdisk. the drawer should show at least one file (icon mode). the window should have no scrollbars. use "resize to fit" to make that sure - now scroll up or down by using the *buttons* in the window border (you cannot using the scrollbars as the window contents fit completely in the window) - now the vertical scrollbar is visible - that is correct - scroll up/down by using the scrollbar now - either drag it or click inside the empty part of it, so that the content of the window fits again completely in the window --> the scrollbar still is visible now for scrolling. it is not "refreshed". if you're using the scroll buttons instead it is. seems to be a bug if yoou ask me ![](https://www.amigans.net/uploads/smil3dbd4df1944ee.gif) byebye...

@zant I agree "Equilibrium" has certain resemblance to Wachowski brothers' masterpiece, but the movie has its own strong points which make it a classic on its own. IMHO of course ![](https://www.amigans.net/uploads/smil3dbd4d6422f04.gif) I'll try to see "Code 46" as soon as possible, as well as "A Scanner Darkly" (yes, I am a big fan of both Blade Runner and Philip K. Dick) ![](https://www.amigans.net/uploads/smil3dbd4d6422f04.gif)
