@zant I agree "Equilibrium" has certain resemblance to Wachowski brothers' masterpiece, but the movie has its own strong points which make it a classic on its own. IMHO of course I'll try to see "Code 46" as soon as possible, as well as "A Scanner Darkly" (yes, I am a big fan of both Blade Runner and Philip K. Dick)

@Raziel Quote: Nearly every sound/audio format (except the brand-new ones) can be played by Amiga Aac+ v2 (aka mpeg 4) might be a problem for m68k hardware-wise (the decompression is afaiu more cpu-intensive than of mp3) On ppc mplayer should tackle it without problem. The internal aac decoder (some snapshot of libgaad) of mplayer does a better job than the more up-to-date libfaad. Wma should be resolved by mplayer (rc1 has an extensive liet of windblows-related formats supported internally) Jack

Got a 6GB one with 2.5" lead about here somewhere.
Also a 3GB 3.5" one with a 2.5" to 3.5" lead too also has a split power cable to attached to the floppy port.
Both fit in an A1200 you just need to take the top RF shield of for a 3.5" and drop it in a anti-stat bag.

Back when i bought the CD32 version, i really thought the intro would be something of an ansimated comic strip with characters just like the ones on the CD case (those little fat soldiers), now that would have been fun. Little did i know it was a "real life" clip of the devs aping around in the park... hmmm, an AGA version would have been great, yeah <img src=" http://www.exotica.org.uk/gallery/gam ... odderCD32-t.jpg">

I suppose it was for the novelty factor as people struggled to use the vast space available compared to floppy. Would it have hurt them to have done a full AGA version with CD tracks and 'proper' cut scenes? Ah well - I can dream...

Quote: Wow. If this could be made to work on OS4 then it would really help solve the games issue. If existing Torque engine games could be easily ported over then this would be very useful to getting more interest in OS4. How long do you think it would take to port fully?

What games runs on this game engine?
What you see in the photo is the game engine (client/server) running native on OS4. It uses SDL and OpenGL so I can only make it run in fullscreen, otherwise I would have taken the photo in windowed mode on workbench. The buttons and stuff looks like windows because the GUI skin used in the demo game is very similar to windows. Games that run on TGE: Tribes 2 and many many more found on http://www.garagegames.com

I have come over a CD32 version of Cannon Fodder. I have never emulated CD32 on my miggy before, which is the best way to do so?
Or should I go WHDload ?
