Hi ikir
Glad I not the only one then I'm not too worried about it as the final image still renders alright.
As I Hinted at Now that OS4 Final is out hopefully ZeoNeo will think about releasing Candy Factory2

It seems as if PNG icons aren't rendered with the alpha channel intact. Is there any way to get IBrowse 2.4 to do that?

@Atheist

Tried to replicate the error, but then I won't get screen, even waiting 30 minutes.

The only thing I did was to go into DEVS/MONITORS and edit icon information of Radeon Icon, and change the tool type saying Interrupt=Yes to Interrupt=No

OK folks, AW Radio Net is on the air more than it has ever been, I want to tune in but can't recall the mime settings for Tunenet.

I believe AWeb also used to stream via TuneNet.

I do not wnat to bring in old preference settings for fear of corrupton.

Any guidance appreciated.

and this is the problem - warp3d does not work, if the libs are not placed in the "first" of the assigns.
so i just copied them from SYS:LIBS to Programs:LIBS and now it all works fine.

Warp3D scans for libraries via a DOS call:

err = IDOS->MatchFirst((STRPTR)"libs:Warp3D/HWdrivers/#?.library", ap);

I assume this doesn't work with added assigns, hence it doesn't find any...

IIRC the 'new' amiga inc said that they won't honor the coupons. But I might be wrong. In any case, take this up directly with them and not here pelase.

Yes! Finally!

Up and running with OS4 final. Amazed by those beutiful icons. I just want to thank you all for the great help you've given me. I wouldn't have been writing this from Ibrowse 2.4 without you! Again, the community comes through, and this is why I came back those 18 months ago. That and OS4, of course.

It feels great! Just need to close the tower again and is back to way it should be.

Oh, one more thing. Everytime I start the Amiga, it goes straight to UBOOT prefs. Then I exit it and it boots smoothly to workbench. How do to get around it?

Heretic 2 seems to run fine with the MiniGL rendered. With the software rendered I have that 'effect', the big/small endian thing where vertical strips are flipped so it looks funky.

Re: Report your 'AmigaOS 4.0 Final' bugs here!
AmiSSL:

There is an amissl.library 1.1 (27.05.2001) in Devs/AmiSSL/Libs/
which is used by at least YAM2.4p1.
It doesn?t work out of the box anyway here, i had to add an
"Assign LIBS: DEVS:AmiSSL/Libs add" to user-startup to get SSL
encryption working at all.

Neither AWeb nor YAM found SSL in the first place, you can check
if AmiSSL is installed correctly here.

Problem is, this library from 2001 is obviously a 68k build and crashes
YAM from time to time, i don?t know if this was intended or just a plain
accident?

Unless someone comes up with a solution, i have to live with the crashes

Turns out it was the Interupt thingy....:)

Hi Mawrick,

What is it that you had to do to get it working?

Me, using AOS4 update 4, I have the problem of it won't boot for 3 to 7+ minutes. There's a black screen, and it seems as though nothing is happeneing. The HD isn't on.

Could you recreate the problem, and wait 8 minutes, and see if it boots up somewhere around that amount of time.
