@Jack

Bad wording on my part. He obtained some sample CPUs from Freescale, and sent one of those along with his broken CPU module to... somebody... and I can't remember the outcome exactly, I think the new CPU replaced the old one on the module but it still didn't work for some other reason (still relating to the CPU module).

Is that any clearer?

@Chris:

Do you mean he obtained broken modules or something?

@rudei

When I spoke to Swisso at BB4 he had not managed to get a working CPU module (somebody was attempting to affix one of the modules he obtained onto the old daughterboard IIRC). I think we will all know about it when it is back up and working again.

Correct, that's because you started a WB app from shell which has a differnt startup system. what you must do if you want to iconify it is cd to utilities and run it, that way calculator has the correct current dir to find it's icon.

or if your in a cli use the eval command and don't run cvalculator at all

another option is a script eg.

set currentdir `cd`
cd sys:utilities
run <>nil: calculator
cd $currentdir

This is known about, I can't remember if it's fixed or not, but for now you can either eject/reload the disc or use the diskchange command if the icon really bugs you...

Or just place an IRC window on top of it

@all
yep agreed snatch is great and my favorite of the ritchie gangster trilogy but in saying that Revolver is in a class of its own...the only thing i didnt like was the fact vinnie jones was no where to be seen in revolver...in fact it seemed the part meant for vinnie was taken by the dude from Outkast... a shame but not a dissapointment

This is a great idea

I think we should put this as a side feature if you are willing to run it.

either via a seperate heading on the left or via its own forum.

Well done!

Yup, wonderful idea.
And maybe collect it into a FAQ list, Q and A stuff? Should be handy, better than going throuyght the thread for final solutions/workaround...
And even call it "AOS4 Knowldgebase" or smthng?

Jack
