Help with avatar

Hi i was wondering if someone could help me resizing a picture for me so i can use it as my avatar??

I have no gfx programs on my amiga.

Do it the Amiga-way...

1. Get PicShow and SGrab from Aminet
2. Load your to-be-avatar pic in PicShow, go to the "Action" menu
Go to "Change Size", change the BIGGER size of the pic to 120pixels
and press return, now the smaller size (vertical or horizontal -
whatever it will be) is changed accordingly to fit it) and press "OK"

Now there should be your avatar in the right size on the middle of your screen

3. Start SGrab and change the filetype option (on the bottom) to JPEG
(leave all the options as they are), now look beneath the window (where the
open screens and windows are listed) and tick "Windows" and "Only contents"

Remember the max size (horizontal or vertical must not be bigger than 120)

Choose PicShow's window (which now holds your avatar pic in the right size
and press SAVE, after that do a VIEW to be sure you grabbed the right window

4. Go to your account and upload the avatar...

Tadaaa...Amiga-like
