ah shame i vaguely remember the original 68k version had such a tool but probably back in the version 1.0 days. or that might have been pfs or one of the others.

Definitely PFS...i used that one myself over the course of some years...until it grew older and showed its age, with no more updates, and went back to ffs2.

I vaguely remember some kind of tool which let you do such convert...but only from ffs to PFS and vice-versa.

Don't have the software (cd) anymore, so can't check.

Then again, it might have been a fever dream and I'm mixing it up with my first steps on windows filesystems...
