Its passed! Chance to meet SAM!

A big Hello to all UK based Amiga fans.

Just a quick reminder, that the Meet SAM with OS4.1 is THIS Sunday (October 12th) at the forthcoming Amiga North Thames usergroup meeting.

Demonstration of the SAM with OS4.1 is planned to start at 2:30pm

Additionally, there will be A1's, A1200T's and even an A4000 to see as well.
as before, Refreshments will be available, plus free help and advice on your Amiga problems too!

Starts at 1:00pm ends at 5:00pm

Admittance is Free, but donations are welcome!

Hey Mikey_C do you know if Simon has got a TFT for the Demo?
If I can shake off this flu type bug and attend, I could bring my Video camera ( not that I'm any good with it )

Also where's the best place to Park?

And how do you get in? front/back/sneak in the side?

Yeah, Mikey played with the SAM 15 minutes before the opening, and after that they couldn't get it to start again!

I would like to extend a heart-felt thanks to everyone that turned up today, it was a huge success, and it just goes to show that there really is interest in the Amiga again.

There was lots of camera clicking, and video too, so I'm sure they will arrive when they are ready.

Big, big thank you to everyone involved with the demo and ANT in general for a great afternoon. I've neglected my Amiga roots these last three years and its shamed me into reviving my interest in my favourite computer of all time. I'll definitely be buying a SAM with OS4.1.

That was good fun, good to see so many people and thanks to Simon for the demo.

Looks like I'll be adding a SAM to my collection as well.

I haven't looked at the Video yet, so don't know how it is, As I'm off work tomorrow I'll see if I can have a look, but I have no real experience with Videos
so it might have too wait a while
