Just read on Amiga-News.de that Fred Fish passed away last Friday. Another sad day in Amiga history. Condolences.

Tucked away somewhere I'm sure I still have some Fred Fish disks. Iconic good guys (and girls) are growing rarer in Amiga circles. Sadly missed.

Yes, very sad news indeed. He did a lot for the amiga community. He was also responsible for the GeekGadgets project. Cygnix is based on it and I think I never had the idea to create Cygnix without it. Condolences.

Another cornerstone from the Amigascene that is gone. I remember the old magazines where you had Fred Fish's his disks on many pages. It was the pre-aminet time. I almost broke my CD32 to try to download those cd's to my Amiga. My condolences.

Condolences to his family from me as well. I have very fond memories of Fred Fish's contribution to the Amiga scene back when it was really fun.

@klesterjr Sad indeed. Fred Fish was one of the real pioneers of the Amiga... I think I still have all 1000 Fish disks around somewhere... My Condolences as well.

@all Condolences to his family from me too I remember the time when i bought his disks from a store where they were kept in drawers. My eyes started to get bigger when the keeper opened them up...true spirit, thanks for this time, Fred!
