Hi 1mouse,
If you open a shell and type ShowNetStatus, what does it show you?
If you're using ethernet, in SYS:Devs/NetInterfaces/ you should have a text file with a name that matches the name of the "interface" shown in your Internet prefs.
Usually, having DHCP turned on (checked) in Internet prefs is a good way to start.
The interface file for a DHCP ethernet connection on a SAM440 should have contents similar to within these lines:
--------------------------------------------- # DEVS:NetInterfaces/ASAether # File generated by Internet 53.3 (1.8.2011) # On Tuesday, 28-Oct-14 at 10:55:29 device=ppc440ep_eth.device hardwaretype=Ethernet configure=dhcp mtu=0 ---------------------------------------------
If you're using a wifi card, then there are a few other things you'll need to do.
Finally, are you sure your hardware is good... Good cable? (tried it in something else?) Good router port? (tried something else in that port?) etc etc
Good luck,
PJS
