Sooooo, why DOESN'T Hyperion Entertainment simply pull an Amiga Inc.????

Start another "Ltd" company, one where there is limited liabilty on the part of the owners, transfer the "contract" to the new company (for a dollar), keep, say $.99 in a bank account, and deposit money into it, as and when needed to pay the bills?

THEN start selling AOS4.x with the Sam440 EP, then Amiga Inc. could sue their asses off, and get the .99!!! IF they win in court!


Alternative: Buy Eyetech! Relabel the 440EP the AmigaOne. How could Amiga Inc. prove it ISN'T, they don't even own ONE AmigaOne!


(I still strongly believe that Hyperion will win in court, as Amiga Inc. owes Hyperion CONSIDERABLY MORE than $25,000 and does not acknowledge it nor will pay. Finally Amiga Inc. will be no more.....)

Not sure there would be any benefit in that, because if Hyperion are arguing that they now own OS4 for perpetuity, and then go under to be re-born, do the rights then get passed to them? or do they lose it? where does AOS4 stand then? I think its better if they do not go under. IMHO
