Voted for SAM type hardware (for now), but if newer hardware than SAM comes along for os4.1 users, even If I do not have this hardware, it would be logical for me to vote for that hardware.

As for development, the Polls are clearly indicating what we are all in need of on that one, Mozilla or something a like.

Nothing Wrong if OWB becomes just as good as these Web Browses though.
