OS4.1 Screens Prefs
Quite a regular

See User information
I posted this in another thread, but didn't get a reply, so I am hoping someone in the know see's it now.

Quote:
I have copied Env-Archive/screens/ from my OS4 partition, and the OS4 screens do not show up in the OS4.1 pref/screens.

Has the screens file format changed?
Is there any other file/s I have to copy across?
Do I really have to set up all my screens again?

Thanks for any help.

@Swoop

The database of mode IDs is not guaranteed to be the same.

It is best if you use settings created directly from within OS4.1

Copy this file too:
SYS:Prefs/Env-Archive/Sys/screens.prefs
My Screens settings from OS4 worked.

Hey Thanks. That was the file I needed.
Works a treat after a warm-boot.
