Alias YCopy "Copy BUF=100000"

I guess alias is the only way atm. I assume copy internal buffer is independent of f/s parameters (I'm talking about smbfs).

I wouldn't use 100000. Best to use 65536 or 131072 for optimum speed.

That's more important for the buffer size tooltype of ASyncWB since it's using bytes and doesn't round them, in C:Copy it's not bytes but number of blocks and therefore never can be a buffer size which results in partial block accesses.
