OS 4.0 Update

I have have only 1 update and cant get any help from hyperon, what can i do? the only update i have is 4.26, do i need to install all or can i just install the final and if/when hyperon get back to me, if not do i have to get os4.1(just waiting for it to arrive) or can anyone help me?

have you registered your copy of OS4.0? If so all the updates are available on Hyperions website as is OS4.0 final. You can only access them if you register your software.

there is only one update available after amigaos4.0 final : july update (2007).

the next is amigaos4.1

and before amigaos4.0 final we had prerelease, pre-1, pre-2 pre-3 and pre-4

do all the pre ones(1,2,3,4) need to be installed before the final?
I have contacted Hyperon about my regestration, as all i have been able to find is the os4 cd and one that i put an update on, the os 4 cd is from eytech and never been regestered but i was lucky to find the cd after all this long time, bont know if i will be able to find my paper work tho, will have to see if hyperon get back to me of just wait till os4.1 arrives, all it was i have just got an ITE IT8212 IDE controller and cant use it till 4.1 arrives of i use an update

Amiga OS 4 Final can be installed without any prior installtion and then you update with the July Update.

The same goes for Amiga OS 4.1, it is a standalone OS which can be installed without any prior installtion of AmigaOS.

Just wait for OS4.1 to arrive, and install that.
I would register it with Hyperion, just so you can get any updates (if there are any).

Just wait for AmigaOS 4.1 and make a clean install of that, then copy all your stuff back and enjoy:)

Remember to register it on hyperions site.
