I have a HD4650 (as most people with SAM460's do) and I want 3D. Worse case scenario is having to fork out for a later model but don't see why we should!
SAM 460 with 2GB or RAM, 1000GB HD, 4 port SATA, DVDRW drive and Radeon HD 4650 GFX card.
I own a X1000 FC with stock 4650 card and would sure hope the newer drivers will be available for it.
I can understand if there is some major reason why it can't but I would guess most X1000 FC owners have this 4650 that AmigaKit installed so would hope we are supported.
The only problem i see is that those older gfx seems impossible to buy new now. I think this is the reason for getting support for the newer gfx cards.

Yes, I'd like to see Warp3D support for my Radeon HD 4650. I presume that the driver would need to be bought, like the Radeon HD drivers needed to be (for at least non-X1000 owners).
Is there any explanation why Warp3D is coming only for HD5000 and HD6000?
Is Gallium3D becoming available very soon for the rest of RadeonHD models?

HD4650 is one of the most used cards, due to it being bundled with the AmigaOne 500 (atleast those sold from Vesalia). It is the "mainstream" card of the AmigaOne world and surely must be supported.
Before the Warp3D announcement, I was considering upgrading my X1600 for a HD3xxx or HD4xxx card. If I want to make use of Warp3D, then I have to spend extra for a HD5xxx or HD6xxx.
I'd like Warp3D support for even X1xxx. It is unlikely to happen. Of course, if I wait for Gallium, even my little X1600 will have 3D.
