Updated Maketext script for SketchBlock

I've added an updated text tool for SketchBlock to my online script resource section of the SketchBlock website.

Requires ProAction 1.7

Download latest version of proaction from os4depot (which says 1.6 in vesion field on depot info , but i assume you just forget to change it on 1.7) , but after i copy that version over the old one, do reboot, just in case start it again from that position, run sketchblock, and try to do "make text" , i have a window "Proaction 1.7or greater requed". Like that one from os4depot is indeed not 1.7

Thanks for testing that kas1e, really not sure how I managed that as the latest local archive was named proaction_1_7_20131217.lha (with the numbers deriving from the version and date but the executable in it was 1.6 20131217 .

Replacement correctly versioned archive in upload queue.

Odd coincidence that I forgot to update the version in the form too.
