cpu usage (a-la unix-ish "top" , or xoper). Nor necessarily realtime, on demand willl be cool.
Also "search" inside the command fields of DOS processes (to find a process by partial contents of the command).

As said Jack (hi ;), the listview isn't really readable when full of objects: an alpha sorting at start or possibility to sort the listview should enhance readability, I think.
I like the SysInspector approach in this kind of tool.

An option to sort libraries by extension, or better, a second column in the listbrowser telling the "type" of library for known extensions (with column sorting) : "BOOPSI gadget", "Datatype", "USB function driver", etc...
Thanks for the suggestions so far but I was really hoping for a prioritized list of things to display.
I created Ranger because I needed a process tree display to help with programming the more complex multi-process applications. I expanded on it from there when I found I could really use a visual browser for a particular part of the OS.
For example, say you are working on some USB driver. It may help if you could see a visual of the USB tree with some extra fields displayed not normally available via the inspector tool. That is the kind of specific request I'm looking for at the moment.
Just check Scout. It has many usefull stuff. I love the "locks" part as i can unlock files that are locked. for example to be able to delete a file that cant be deleted because some programs locks it even if i quit the program.
Under the tab "Gfx boards", Chip set is "not yet implemented". I would like to see that implemented. Sure I can look other places for that information. But today Ranger was the first place i took a look. In the future I hope it's the only place I'll have to look. It's allready a great prog. Keep up the great work.
I can't read 12 point type. Why are you imposing this on the user?
Me likes 12pt. But it is small. Imho, 13 would be a good compromise...
