Raise, Train and Sustain

I think the critical issues for Amiga OS4X are highlighted in the title.

1. How do we raise a software libraries (all software) sufficient to draw old or new users to the AOS4 platform?

2. How do we train new devolopers and users, how do we educate and further develop our current developers?

2. Given the complexity of modern software how can we ensure maintenance or development of that library and of the developers behind it?

All fairly simple questions but which require complex solutions. The questions can be further complicated by open source v closed but to be realistic I think AOS4 has a nice balance so far.
