yacas math package

Hi,

Yacas which i downloaded from OS4Depot crashes when launched on my SAM440ep (update 2, but it did also on previous OS4.1 & update 1)
has anybody better experience?

As university students often do need such a package, it would be good that the X1000 might also shine here

yacas is an old version (and package) and i think it needs a fresh recompile. But i'm sure that the version i've compiled 3 years ago was using clib2 since newlib missing some features i don't remember at moment..

Strange - yesterday I launched Yacas without any problem - OS4.1 Update 2 here... ?!?

a new version is online (maybe in queue) to OS4depot..
it is compiled with clib2 (as the previous one) and so needs to be launched from shell and not from WB otherwise it will crash
I've fixed a lot of things related to keyboard handling. Now it is possible to use all chars like a shell and also the history works correctly

Speaking of old versions of programs you've done and math, I would like to know if 'SDLBasic' (April 2006) will be ever recompiled or updated? I'm an avid user of it. Thanks
