Just trying to check os4depot , and found that we only have un-rar, but not rar itself ? Or can anyone give me link plz ?

Also have a question: I can browse the archives by dopus4, and copy only necessary files from, can i by dopus4 going for example to rar archive, and copy to it only file which i need ? (i.e. add to archive new file and delete old one).
Just like on all modern file-managers we can do.

I don't think there's a native RAR archiver, the "easiest" would be to start DosBox and use the official RAR command line program, to do it on the same computer.

From the unrar license:
Quote:

2. The UnRAR sources may be used in any software to handle RAR
archives without limitations free of charge, but cannot be used
to re-create the RAR compression algorithm, which is proprietary.
Distribution of modified UnRAR sources in separate form or as a
part of other software is permitted, provided that it is clearly
stated in the documentation and source comments that the code may
not be used to develop a RAR (WinRAR) compatible archiver.
