Bugfixed Cinnamon Writer

Hi All

I have uploaded a new version of CW that solves the majority of problems users have been experiencing with version 0.75 that was made available last week.

Cinnamon Writer 0.75 is a WYSIWYG editor for Amiga with advanced layout options and DocX compatibility.

V. 0.751 contains several bug fixes that solves the problems with loading Truetype fonts, exporting PDFs and printing.

Added is also preliminary short cut keys:

Copy: R-Amiga + c
Cut: R-Amiga + x
Paste: R-Amiga + v
Bold: R-Amiga + b
Underline: R-Amiga + u
Italics: R-Amiga + i

Let me know if you have suggestions for other combinations that you use in every day life

Please know that are still minor problems with the layout of printed versions and PDF exports. These problems are to be solved in the next major update

If you find any new bugs, please report them to me. I was able to make a bug fix version rather quickly because people were kind enough to provide detailed description of the problems experienced

Thank you for this new version, I tested your previous version very fast because I have problems with my hard disk.

Yep i feature that we actually miss would be: CTRL + arrows to select a block of text, this one would be really usefull !

Would that still be Ctrl in amigaland or R/L - Amiga?

On Amiga it is Shift + arrows.

Well on NotePad (OS4) to select a text is "CTRL+arrows" while with "Shift + arrows" you will go at the begin/end of a row (another combo to add in Cinnamon maybe!)

Home/End keys can be used too in Cinnamon (eventually)

OWB use "Shift + arrows" to select a text but the text editors not

Maybe I should make it an optional setting so each user can decide which combination to use

You should start posting in your support subforum again so people will now and i'll bet reports will wash in

Do some testing today of latest version, and programm start to be better and better. But its me, or programm not have RMB drop-down menus ? I.e. like pressing RMB on the main screen, will give a drop-down menu with all that "open/save/about/quit" ?

On CygnusEd I use Amiga+B to start selecting!
