Open URL 7.12 problems

I installed OpenUrl 7.12 lately can't get it to do more than tell me that it can't launch the Browser.

I tried wiht MUIOWB (following a previous thread on this here) and then with IBrowse.
Here i did put IBrowse on the first line in the browser prefs page, and corrected the path.
I tested with IBrowse allready open or not.
I tested also from the shell

Is 7.12 working for you ?

Maybe you need to have a close look at your OpenURL Prefs, maybe something is set up wrong?

I am using SAM 440ep

Tests with two migaguide documents


Using the AG document below i do get the error: OpenURL : file not executable.
(as wel as IBrowse is open or not)

I just copied those openurl links from the latest AmiCygnix guide, where i got the error 'Could not launch browser"

Thanks, i did use that allready but:
I think i found the problem: it seems you can enable(green)/disable (red) the browsers. Overlooked that.

There is a problem still with OpenURL

It seems that you get this error message from any drawer in datas:
and that it is ok in any Amiga OS4 subdrawer.


This has the effect that if you have an amigaguide linking to some html page, this link will open correctly in your browser only for Amigaguides on the "Amiga OS4" volume.
