Mantle for OS4

P.S., contrary to what the article suggests, Hawaii is not located on the pacific rim of fire. It is located in the middle of the Pacific (tectonic) plate, far away from the plate boundary (which is the rim of fire). They get volcanic eruptions there because of a hot-spot in the mantle underneath it.

Any hope of Mantle ever making it to OS4 relies on the Linux open source availability.
