MPlayer on SAM460ex

Just can't stay away

I don't seem able to make Mplayer play video's on SAM460 ex.
T
MPlayer is working for me on my SAM440ep

Can someone confirm MPlayer is working OK on SAM460ex

If yes:
Did you experience problems to make it worK
Which version do you use?

are you using the Mplayer Generic on 460ex?
on my machine it is working without problems

I'm guessing you haven't set it to use sdl instead of overlay mode? If you're using a radeonhd card it doesn't support overlay and then you have to use sdl in mplayer to make it work.

With MUIMPlayer, did you try to use the -vo cgx_wpa switch ?
It works here on x1000 with RadeonHD.

MPlayer -vo cgx_wpa movie_file.avi

thanks for the hints,
@antique : it wasindeed the video output setting , was still on default. Setting it on sdl made it work.Splendid.
