I do not seem to have an ENVARC:Warp3D/ drawer.

Should I?
If so could it's absence be the cause of my poor 3D games performance?

As i do not have ENV:Warp3D/RadeonR200/ drawer, what should I do to create it? Is it as simple as manually creating the drawer? How to I get the variables set?

Used the SETENV comand to set the RadeonR200 variables as suggested by salas00 http://wiki.amigaos.net/index.php/UserDoc:Warp3D

I now have the drawer... Still slow 3d performance on 9250. :(

You can check your Warp3D speed with Aminet/Cow3D
Cow3D only use Warp3D (no MiniGl no StormMesa no GL at all...) so will give your "raw" Warp3D performance

Hitting key "b" will bufferize all the animated coordinates : so the cow will turn without (much) cpu usage
so
normal Cow3D = raw CPU+Warp3D speed
'b' Cow3D = raw Warp3D speed

For my Sam440 I obtain 41/45 fps so around 260 000 triangles/second (for this 5813 triangles cow)

Maybe you by some reasons over wazp3d now (just maybe you do some tests with, and forget to remove, and now you on). Easy way to check : replace your libs:warp3d.library and libs:warp3d directory with ones which come with os4 distrib

My libs all check out ok. All up to date.
I uset SetEnv to create the necessary drawers and files for the RadeonR200. No improvement in performance though.
Are the RadeonR200 envarc settings important? I ask because I see no added benefit since creating them.
