AmigaAmp V3.32 Crashing

Hi Everyone,

I cannot get any version of AmigaAmp past V3.29 to run on my AmigaOne 500. I have an AmigaOne 500 with OS 4.1 FE Update 2 and A-Eon Enhancer V2.2 installed.

It loads and plays an mp3, but when I start selecting menu item, it crashes. I noticed in the change log, that some reaction pulldown menu work done between version 3.29 (which works perfect for me) and V3.30 which does not.

Anyone else notice this?

Here it works fine. AFAIK it doesn't use any AEON resources (libs/classes).

Do you have asyncio.library 50.3 ( 7-12-2005)?

Maybe if you backup/delete AmigaAMP.prefs (ENV/ENVARC) an restart AmigaAMP_Prefs to use defualt values.

Every version works here on both of my systems (Sam440 and A1-G3), from 3.29 to the latest 3.32

Of course, it could also be a slightly corrupted download. Maybe try re-downloading the latest AmigaAmp and reinstall it?

Hi Everyone,

I do have asyncio.library 50.3. Hmm, something is going on with this. I will attempt to redownload it and report back. Maybe something is corrupted on my Workbench install.

It appears to be corrupted saved preferences. I deleted them in ENV and it is running better now. Thanks guys for all the help.

runs fine on my sam 460cr.
just a question, is the speaker plugin running for you? Only gray for me and then it crashes.

"Speakers" don't even come up in the list of "supported" plugins (PD Menu).

I guess it's too old to be used with 4.x, hence the crash and missing gfx
