I've added a bounty for libpurple. This is the heart of Adium and Pidgin. With this library The Amiga could have a world class IM client.

AFAIK the lib handles the protocols and should have no dependencies to X etc. ...

Still very possible that it refers to any only-unix kind functions, like sig-stuff, fork-stuff, execve/execl , globl, and some others, which we not have on aos4 , or have it "almost working".

Please, native amiga library and not Sobj, please

If this is a requirement for the bounty (make Amiga library) I would consider giving a donation to the bounty
