I'm looking for a keyboard that works with the SAM440ep and has an in-built two-port USB hub. Could anybody share some experience?

Hi,

this one I tested, but has only one USB port.
EasyHUB

While I am at it, many thanks for the latest release of WordNet! The TAB to input string feature is very welcome!

Thanks for the tip, the keyboard looks nice! Well I might do with one USB port if I don't find any other solution.

You're welcome. I also implemented automatic text selection when you activate the gadget but I had to disable it because is does not work reliably. Probably a bug in string.gadget but I'll have to do some more testing.

I use an Enermax Aurora Premium keyboard (Black one). It's a low profile aluminum keyboard which I really like to type on. I use it with a Sam440 and can confirm the 2 x USB ports in it work.

I use this apple keyboard:

http://www.imahima.net/sets/apple-keyboards/9864

It has 2 USB connectors, no problem ! I connected USB Stick and different mice. Apple mouse looks good though, but is not able to perform left+right mousclick simultaneously Sometimes (once in a month...) mouse doesn’t get power, a reconnect to the other USB port helps. But I guess this is due to KVM Switch, because it happens on windows, too.

I use this: http://www.amazon.co.uk/Apple-MB110B-A-Keyboard/dp/B000VLYEL4 Apple keyboard.
Being a mac keyboard it has 2 cmd (amiga) keys and works really well on OS4.x.

Ps. I hate the new amigans website. <shudder>
