Do we get the update for our motherboard (bios) with AmiUpdate? I also wondering be course i havent done any update, and i had my 460ex for 2 years soon. I know some updates have been done, but all ?

If you do not have Ranger, get it from OS4depot.net. In Ranger, under the hardware and machine tabs, there is a BIOS tab. It will tell you what version of UBoot you have. Check that version against the latest version on the ACube website. (If you don't want Ranger, I think there is a CLI command like ReadNVRAM or something of the like that you can use).

For the hardware audio driver, check your current version using the version command, or the R-Amiga-i information window. Check that version against the latest on OS4Depot.
