Is there any more Graphic cards that would fit a Sam440ep which I have two to list. Radeon HD4350 and a Radeon HD HIS H545H512P and I have a Radeon 9520 in my sam440ep but is these the only two or is there more out there.

Both of those doesn't have a 3D support. You can get them work without Warp 3D / Warp 3D Nova.

There is also a another option, get PCI2PCIe bridge. Sam PCI is 66mhz, but PCI2PCIe bridges only support 33mhz, wich not nice. But that way you could try other supported PCIe cards.

Third option is get PCIX2PCIe bridge, these are quite expensive and hard to found. But they do support 66mhz PCI. PCIX is twice as long than PCI, but it fits and works with ordinary PCI slot.

@utri007

thanks for the links! I would like to try the 32bit pci to pci-express adapter on my Sam440ep mini itx as the pci slot is 32bit and not 64bit. The 64bit pci lane is used for the onboard gfx graphic chip, the M9.. If this adapter work, which graphic card should I buy?

@nubechecorre

I know this is a rather old thread, but did you have any luck getting this working?

As I am just about to try doing the same thing with my old sam440ep mini-itx system that I have not used in the last 2 years, to allow me to drive a modern display at 1080p.

I have already purchased the standard version of the enhancer pack to get the Radeon driver, hope fully the v1 driver will be OK, as the sam440ep is too slow for video playback and most 3D stuff anyway going by past experience.

Plus if I get it working I may just pay the extra £50 for the latest v3 driver, but I don't want to spend more on drivers before I even start shopping for hardware if its not going to work.
