Surely you mean 68k? There is no x86 chips in an Amiga.
When you run OS4 it switches off the 68k Chip altogether on A classic Amiga.
As to emulation, on a PPC amiga, if the application is system legal, it will run without a glitch, for example, word processors and the like.
There is "petunia" a 68k emulation layer, which will run older programs, but this will not work for programs that "bang" the hardware of an old Classic machine.
For that, you would need to install E-UAE.
