2024-Aug/Sept-Gaming Competition- Shmupacabra

Hi guys, for August & September (since our European amigans normally take 'long' vacations in August) let's play the fast paced horizontal shooter Shmupacabra ported by HunoPPC.

Start each game from the start (don't play Continue).

The goal is to score as many points as possible. Please post a screenshot of your high score below to participate. The leader board will be updated regularly.

Oh ok I thought you meant the site to post the image wasn't working for you. No idea why the image doesn't pop up when you click on it as it normally does?

When I run the game I get the following error message:



anyone have any idea what might be missing or is it not executable on the A1222?

A direct version query of the library I am using is unfortunately not possible. If it is the same version that you are using, the game does not seem to work for me, it only opens a black window with stuttering sound and the CPU utilization goes to 100% and the system freezes.

Of course it could also be a driver problem, which graphics card are you using?
