New crashlog upload function

I've added the ability to upload a crashlog file instead of c&p the crashlog text on http://crashlog.os4depot.net

I need someone to test this functionality by doing the following:

Go to the normal submit page:

http://crashlog.os4depot.net/?function=submit

Click [Submit File] at the top.

Browse for a crash log file and click the "Upload" button.

(If you get an error at this point then post about it here and c&p the first 10 lines or so of your crashlog file.)

On the new page check that the Application and Crashlog fields are entered correctly.

If not, or if either field is empty then post about it here and c&p the first 10 lines or so of your crashlog file.

You can Click "Continue" if you want without the crashlog being submitted.

Oops, for got to say that the ?Aplication? field was wrong....

What it showed was.. Internet/SimpleMail/s
Should be (in my case) Internet/Mail/SimpleMail/SimpleMail
