Picasso II and WHDLoad

I bought an Amiga 4000 from a friend but i dont know if its possible to get whdload start with my Picasso II card. I have to use scart to play whdload games bec when i try to start it with Picasso its frequency gets out of range. I had a amiga 4000 before and played whdload games but i dont remember if i had a Picasso IV or smtg to make it work? Is there smtg like RGB to VGA solution? I m using a LCD tv and its working on my Amiga 3000 but it has different spec.

Anyone know how to solve this?

I haven't used one of those cards, but with Mediator I have to use WHDLoad NoAutoVec option to be able to start games from Workbench, something to do with driver interrupts.

But is picasso 2 able to switch from 800*600 64k colors to pal and whdload?

It seems to have a pass-through, are you using it?

I need to get a rgb to vga converter together with my Picasso II to make it work with my LCD-TV.
