Codebench - where to download?
Just popping in

I have tried to find the downloads for Codebench, since I just installed OS4.1, but I can't find it anywhere. I've seen links to amiupdate and on the official site, but all download-links seems to have vanished.

Is there a time/user ratio on the beta-versions or something else? I'd really like to try it out.

When do you plan to make another release ?
I use CodeBENCH for the development of my project but there are some problems that cause me troubles ... I'm impatient to see an upgrade ;)

I am currently going through the motions of cutting down "the list" of things to address. Once I get that down to a suitable state, I'll release the 0.9Beta.

And I really hope Pete is right. There has been a LOT of work done in both the editor gadget and CodeBench itself (program, library and plugins), so it should be quite an update for you all.

Excellent software Rigo! ...and with a colour coded editor as well!

Can't wait for the new version with the copy and paste fixed.

Thanks again!

Then can you please just (maybe) upload a fix for the latest public version, which just only fix copy+paste ? (very necessary one, and just not works => without unpossible work with software in "full mode"). For me it looks like i just mark somethink, press "ctrl+c", and have freeze of os.

There should be a new public update soon, I still have some bugs left to fix.

Goog to hear about update. Programm itself are very nice one. Very like feature about jumping to the fucntions just by list of names in different window and "jump" on the need it line by number (very usable thinks).

But as usually happenes, "updates" it's somethink like "when it's done" :) So maybe copy+paste fix will be easy to release before the next "massive" update ? Just a new binary with only this fix. And maybe not for public, just for some ppls who read this topic :)

Adding a quickfix for the paste problem is not that easy. There have been many changes in multiple parts to cure the problem, and the original 0.8 code is long gone.

Anway, just stick with it, you are going to love 0.9, I promise :)
