It is 1.3Ghz, it is not over clocked and I don't recommend you over clock yours. My old module was running at 933mhz for over a year and then died, I don't think they are very robust cpus compared to most others.
Was it a 800MHz CPU o/c to 933, or was it a real 933Mhz one? I ask because mine is real 933MHz one, I upped it from the original, downclocked 800MHz from the start, just as I received the board, first with the original Tt fan, now with a super-efficient Zalman VF-900, but always without a glitch for more than THREE years running 24/7, crunching dnetc/RC-72 keys night and day.

You are over-estimating the "quality" here. First it'll be mostly ports. Then as time allows.
