It's time to ask again for someone who wants to do some testing again. I know atleast some bugs that have to be fixed, but would be nice to get help finding the rest(probably many ). If you're interested, and have some blu ray movies then please PM your e mail adress.

How it looks today:

Yeah, not a small one though! Hehe.

Just paste what i wrote on aw here:

@Samwel

Starting to sweat after reading. Hehe. Ill try to answer as best as i can.

About imdb. I have no idea really,as i don't know anything about imdb site and how to obtain stuff there.

Screen and audio format can be added.
About the logos. It might be possible, not sure how to make it look nice, and eventually where to get the logos, since i can't draw.

Subtitle and spoken language should be ok to fix.

The year is afaik the prod. year. Found on back on some movies, rest i found on the net. It's not the release on blu ray atleast.

Hope some of the questions got answered. Or just fire away.

I was thinking something like this. Any thoughts? If someone think they can make the screen aspect/full hd better or different please go ahead.

Excuse me but.. Why not use the logos/signs from back of the movies themselves?

Here are some I found.

Channel logos

Dolby Digital logo

Dolby Digital Plus logo

Dolby TrueHD logo

Can't find a Dolby Digital EX logo however..

DTS logo

DTS-HD Master Audio logo

Still haven't found matching DTS ES and DTS-HD High Resolution logos..

Best Regards,

Harry

That was the first intention, but it turned out to be too much work. So i'm consentrating on blu ray for now atleast.

But why don't you swap in your dvds for blu rays instead?

I prefer the image at the left of the window and if possible put the buttons at the bottom of it, for the rest it looks quite clear

Time for a little status update.
I have now fixed the layout, the text is working as it should.
Remaining work is to save the database. This will be in plain txt format first. Think i have nailed all the bugs. Hehe

Looks quite nice..

One thing I thought about is the lack of space in the GUI
layout. Two-three more pixels would look better IMO.

Great work, keep it up.

Harry

The buttons are AISS images. If you don't like them don't use AISS.
