I managed to get it to work. I added my iso file in the same drawer and pointed the command there.

The intro is an amazing slideshow to begin with. When you start the game it takes 3-4 minutes before you even get into the dungeon. The loading time is sloooooooooowwwwww.

Finally in the dungeon its a slideshow. I havent played with the framseskip yet but now its 0. The sound is working. I guess we need warp3d to get it floating better? Does the iso makes the loading slower somehow?

@Joeled

Change the resolution in-game to the lowest possible (I can't remember what the key is to do this).

Try these options in DOSBox:
fullscreen=true
fulldouble=false
fullresolution=original
windowresolution=original

That'll make it full-screen and stop DOSBox doing any scaling (the monitor will scale it up for you, which saves CPU time). Looks like I have frameskip at 10.

@RIBDEVIL
I guess he used a Windows PC program to convert the Cue/Bin image into an ISO image. (You can see he is using an ISO image with RunInDOSBox in the screenshot.)

IMGMOUNT does work as long as it's a single data track. If the game doesn't allow skipping playback of audio tracks it probably won't work since CD support is partial (already have the latest DosBox). GOG.com games at least tend to have this audio as something which is compressed and that is not supported on AmigaOS.

Loading times are generally abysmal even from native file system. I think since any DOS caching would be emulated there's no fast solution.
