Try to see if there is some POSTSCRIPT menu/option and see which PS version is using by default, you can post a couple of grabs of your printer webconfig options if you want.

OK, I have Wookie up and running. My nick is PZ. We'll have to figure out a time of day that works. Looks like we're at about a 6 hour time difference??

This is all it gives for PS:

PostScript (PS) Interpreter Level 3: 200806051526

Both you and Raziel are showing me I need to get busy and find a different photo hosting site than Photobucket, or else look into paying their fee for linking to photos.

Update:
Before I got back to you I wanted to give it one more try. I unpacked lpr and netprint aand replaced all the files in devs and dos drivers.

Lo and behold! Netprinter now works with Notepad, Final Writer and PgS4. Works so so with Abiword.

It would appear something happened to my lpr and netprinter files. LPR still doesn't print, but it now goes as far as to initiate the printer.

So I'm happy. I can now print using either Netprint or google cloud print.

Thank you to you Raziel, and all others who came on here and tried to help me. Now I'm getting even more excited to get an X5000.
