The CMOS jumper is right next to the battery. By default it is placed on (for arguments sake) pins 1&2. By shifting it to pins 2&3 (the common and the other one) for a few moments, and then switching it back, I am able to power up my micro again. This is one of the reasons why I don't tend to move it too much, plus, when I do, it gives me a heart attack when I dont remember to cycle the jumper :)
