Just can't stay away

It DOES indeed work. I've done it with an Nvidia Geforce GTX 580 (which is in my girlfriend's Mac Pro and which showed many artefacts and crashed the Mac).

I put it once in the oven (5mn at 280°C). Ir worked for one month and then the same trouble appeared.

I did put it again in the oven at 280°C but for at least 10mn. It has been working flawlessly since months.

Of course, you have to follow guides (as in the links given above).

Quite a regular

.... and like a sentence , i found my first video board with this issue ... i been buy a 7770 core edition second hand and from couple of h ago it is start make glitches on the boot screen and no video any more when kernel load .
I just worked from couple of days ... now linux or amigaos are not loading any more
