Like this? https://github.com/mrautio/duktape-opengl/

@ChrisH

NetSurf did run at a low priority in the past, before the timer-based scheduler was working. I changed that back... I think.

I don't know about others, for me ever since the move to FE + latest driver + latest Candi I didn't have a single issue. I've been using it alongside some pretty heavy loads: mplayer, uae, scummvm opengl fullscreen, odyssey etc. It might be unwise from a performance perspective while we each have our own priorities and that is why I talk about a heavy load condition (which I don't get regularly only on specific occasions like I said here). In addition, I did have issues with it and the new Notification Server since installing the enhancer package. Had to delete it + settings a couple of times before it finally worked okay. I think that was more regarding start/stop commands and what triggers notifications.

It doesn't matter, like with js I will test NS without Candi (or anything else) for a week or so and report back.

Regrading WebGL, it didn't help FF on linux being any less slow on the X1k. It's important not to mess too much with what basic design NS has that makes it go fast or what makes oddysey keep up with mainstream sites despite it being outdated.

Not quite. That exposes desktop OpenGL in a platform-specific manner (e.g., have to use WGL on Windows, XGL on Linux, etc.

WebGL provides a fully platform-independent 3D API based on OpenGL ES 2+. The library you linked to could be used as a starting point, but you'd still need a WebGL compatibility layer (e.g., https://github.com/borisvanschooten/glesjs, although it would be better to implement it directly in the library (so it's native code) rather than as Javascript code.

The GUI preference "resize window with contents" don't apply on AmigaOS 4

@shadowsun

That's intentionally overridden. You can override the override by setting the following in NetSurf's Choices file:
resize_with_contents:1
You may end up with corrupt window borders or crashes.
