Cookies and Logins

Why can't Odyssey store cookies (or whatever it takes) so that I don't have to log in every time I go to aw.net/hyperion/here/anywhere that needs a login?

What setting controls this? I can't see anything that says "Don't save cookies" in the Prefs.

What am I missing?

The link "aw.net/hyperion/here/anywhere" that you posted doesn't work at all for me. In general the cookies are controlled by Odyssey settings:
Settings/Privacy/Cookie Policy: - Accept
Settings/Save cookies to database - checked

My log-in cookies work everywhere except amigaworld.net. Even though I have "Store my user name in a cookie for 1 year" set to Yes in my account settings at amigaworld, I always need to log in. I don't think it's an Odyssey issue but who knows.

tonyw : no, it's not Odyssey. AmigaWorld has had this weird behaviour for eons now.

Even if you choose to remain connected, you have to login again after a few days.

There already were complains about this but no solution was given, whatever browser you are using.
